Here is an updated analysis from Frankie Brown

A list of rules that we know were violated:

– Delegates of the convention attempted to nominate people from the floor yet were summarily ignored without vote by the chairman.

– The Athens Clarke County precinct delegates were disenfranchised (by Matt Brewster, Chairman) and the county convention was closed without majority and without the proper respect to the procedural process as outlined in our party rules and Robert’s Rules of Order.

– The initial “all in favor” request did not give a chance for the “ayes” and the “nays” to have a separate chance to vote. Instead, the chairman called for both “ayes” and “nays” to be voiced at the same time.

– The count of the “ayes” versus the “nays” was inaccurate. According to our count, 25 of the 37 people in attendance were Ron Paul supporters, and did not vote “aye” when a voice vote was called for.

– Not one of the certified delegates in our group received a letter of notification, nor did we have access to any type of delegate list. The credentialing committee stated that all precinct delegates were credentialed, but there is no way to know if errors occurred or names were omitted because they refused to provide the list.

– Local GOP Chairman Matt Brewster refused to allow us to see a list of certified delegates, despite the fact that it was requested prior to the convention on several different occasions by various potential delegates. On video, Mr. Brewster admits that he was told to withhold the list by Rick Richardson due to privacy concerns. When asked to elaborate or to show a rule stating that we could not have access, Mr. Brewster stated that he was told to withhold the list by State GOP official Rick Richardson, and that we should contact Mr. Richardson if we had any questions. We asked for the list so that we could verify credentials and offered to sit down with Mr. Brewster, who initially said this was not a problem, but later failed to return emails and
phone calls.

The events detailed above are disturbing, not only because of the number of violations, but also due to the fact that convention participants knew they were being recorded (there was a camera set-up on a tripod) and continued to break rules with seemingly no fear. This bold behavior is indicative of individuals acting with the belief that they will be shielded from recourse by a higher authority within Georgia Republican party. This, in fact, may be the case; when we called the State Republican Party to ask how to properly file a formal complaint, we spoke to Mr. Rick Richardson, the individual who instructed Matt Brewster to violate a rule.

Obama and his administration has routinely cited the authority of the United Nations over the US Constitution, the United States of America.
      The Pentagon, Gen. Martin Dempsey, President Obama along with the US. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta have been trying to declare a Coup D’etat (takeover by a foreign entity, person, or nation) on our Constitutional government by giving the United Nations “Supreme Authority” over the US and the US Military. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta gave testimony (before senate) asserting that the United Nations and NATO have “supreme authority” over the actions of the United States military. During a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing, Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey brazenly admitted that their authority comes NOT from the U.S. Constitution, but that the United States is subservient to and takes its marching orders from the United Nations and NATO.

    9. I suspect your problem is that you do not understand the US Constitution and what it does.
      America is a constitutional republic. A Constitutional Republic has some similarities to democracy in that it uses democratic processes to elect representatives and pass new laws, etc. The critical difference lies in that a Constitutional Republic has a Constitution that puts in writing the limits on the powers of the government. It also spells out how the government is to be structured, creating checks on its power, plus balancing that limited power between the 3 different branches.
      The Bill of Rights sets limits on the federal government, making clear it has no power to infringe on rights we already naturally possess, or to limit traditionally held privileges, such as trial by jury.
      The first 8 amendments making up the Bill of Rights specifying rights and privileges that our government may not in any way take them away. It puts into writing the protections of life, liberty, and property (rights each of us naturally possess) and includes specific privileges in the judicial system already accepted in Anglo-American law.
      Finally, the Ninth Amendment makes the limiting nature of the Constitution clear that not all of our rights were put into writing within the US Constitution: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
      The framers wanted to make sure everyone understood that the Constitution only grants the feds prescribed, specific, enumerated powers; and that the states (except where the fed gov and state overlap) and the people have unlimited power.
      “The powers not delegated specifically to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people”. 10th Amendment

      Hope this helps those who are a bit confused as to what powers those who are serving within our fed gov actually have.

And Ron Paul may likely hold a second place in delegates from Washington and Iowa if he doesn’t receive a majority or plurality. And many delegates legally bound to one of the other candidates for the first round of voting (or 2nd or 3rd) at the convention are Ron Paul supporters who when freed to vote their conscience would vote for Ron Paul.

    I have conducted several facebook tests. I asked supporters to name 5 reasons, relating to the issues, why they supports their candidate. ONLY Ron Paul supporters have ever answered that question with clear and concise reasons relating to the issues. Other candidate supporters offer reasons such as, he is a business man, he is honest, he looks presidential, etc. Ron Paul educates, the others simply stimulate.

    This country is a thousand times better off because Ron Paul is in the race simply because so many more people are now involved and knowledgeable of the election process, not to mention the Constitution and our rights.     I would like to through a few coins on the table, i am not here to state an opinion on who is the best candidate running as of now. Since all that has been said has been for the most part and what will be, will be mocked by this person who comes on here to fluster the devotees for Ron.

    I am for the most part “awakened” in consciousness, enough to understand and know certain things, what i understand pertaining to this tex guy is he or she is apart of myself and apart of you all, similar to how the trillions of cells that are in your physical body which make up the totality of your human being.

    As we are all one of the planet, looking at the planet as one single life form, with many within, and it extends from there on, in conscious living energy.

    We are all linked to everything, its just a matter of perception, i say this not to throw philosophical truth for no reason, there is reason.

    People such as Tex feed off of your anxiety, anger, irritability and possibly many more emotions and it empowers them to drive forward. Reflect on this, have you ever been in a conversation where someone just talks continuously and after its all over you feel physically drained?

    Same concept but in a different form and there are many forms, its been said if you “Fast”, stop eating, you can actually kill 100 percent of cancer, because it needs proteins to survive. its the same with this Tex.

    How can we have confidence that you are capable of managing Ron Paul’s campaign, when you are unable to manage your own blog?

    On any other Forum the destructive manipulations of “tex2″ would have been removed by a moderator, and the creature banned (regardless how many IP’s it uses, there are programs that can track and block them).

    On this, and even OTHER forums, I’ve read people saying that while they read your blog, they won’t post on it — since they don’t want to be verbally abused by the #2. Their take is: Why bother posting or replying here — the #2 is going to hijack the thread by peppering it with insults and non-sensical multi-replies….

    In the last 30 days, IT has posted more times than the combined total of all other posters (also, ITS total word count exceeds that of the rest)!

    Many good people are leaving your forum because of the above. Unless you take care of it, why should we stay?

      Why Ron Paul would NOT be a good president:
      1. He is old, mousey, whiny, grumpy, skinny, etc. Do not underestimate the importance of these factors, as a very large number of voters are not familiar with the issues, and vote for vanity. Sad but true. It does no good to have good ideas when you don’t have the presidential image, and Ron has neither.
      2. He has been in Congress for 2 decades and doesn’t have a single bill to his name. We elected someone president with zero accomplishments in 2008, why would we want to do that again? How can you expect him to be able to lead the country when he can’t lead a single bill to fruition after 20 years?
      3. He even voted against his own bill to audit the Federal Reserve, because he didn’t get every single detail he wanted. He is so stubbornly rigid he simply takes his toys and goes home if he doesn’t get every little detail he wants.
      4. Many of his domestic policies are admirable, but how does he expect to implement them when he will have to work with Congress to get many of them turned into a reality? Will he simply hold his breath until Congress lets him get his way, because he has zero track record of using any other tactic to be successful?
      5. Most of his foreign policies are dangerous. If we pull out of foreign countries, the vacuum WILL be filled by Russia, China, etc. Once you lose your toehold, it is VERY difficult to expand military operations if the need arises. Think about how hard it would have been for the U.S. to fight Hitler if England had fallen. For example, if China decides they don’t want to allow free flow of oil, we would have no recourse, as it takes years, if not decades, to develop independent energy sources. He is simply naive to the point of being a traitor to his own country. Also, we need forward positioned military presence to fight the global war on terror. It isn’t being fought only in Iraq and Afghanistan, there are operations literally around the world preventing future 9/11 type attacks that simply cannot be fought by guarding our own borders, 9/11 should have taught us that. We must therefore disrupt the terrorist cells wherever they are, so they cannot organize, plan, recruit, train, equip, and attack again. To not do this would be suicidal.
      For the above and other reasons, Ron gets the pot smoking and “freedom at any cost” crowd, and that’s all he will ever get…LOL

      1. 1) A lot of people now realize that “presidential image” you are speaking actually is the “slick, slimy image” of the “hustler” bent on taking everything they can from you. It no longer generates trust, but creates the expectation of more lies and deceit coming.
        2) Ron Paul has been busy fighting for the US Constitution.and our rights.
        We really do not need more “bills”, we haven’t for quite awhile. As James Madison said: “It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood”.
        Congress has other duties it should be attending to.
        3) A complete audit of the Federal Reserve, which is an illegal entity here in the USA anyway, doing congress duty, plus basically charging us for that duty, plus interest.
        4) Part of what Ron Paul is fighting for is to bring legality, morality, and honesty back into our govenrment. Just enforcing the US Constitution which is the blueprint for the way our government is ran will do a lot of THAT job for him. Everything that is not Constitutional is “therefore null and void” – not legal here in this land. “The Constitution is “the fundamental and paramount law of the nation, and consequently…an act of the legislature repugnant to the constitution, is void.
        It is “the supreme law of the land,” and any act of the government must be consistent with it.
        Only those acts made “in pursuance of” the Constitution also have this rank. It is higher than the government and its laws, for the Constitution created both.
        Judges, when they rule on laws, must often choose between the Constitution and a law. Since the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, they must invariably choose to enforce the Constitution and ignore the law. Doing so renders the law null and void, because all others judges must do the same. Marbury v. Madison (1803), Judge Marshall”.
        5) Foreign wars are actually the UN using American military to be their fodder for those wars, with us paying the bills in terms of money and lives. It is expansionist, and putting people into power that the UN feels it can control. It has NOTHING to do with defense of the USA. Our military needs to be home. WE have domestic enemies destroying our nation from within that need to be dealt with.
        As far as Oil goes, we are exporting more oil then at any time in our history. It is our biggest export. Stopping those foreign corporations from taking our oil and selling it in other nations is what is in OUR best interest, while we find reasonable alternatives in a reasonable way.

        The naivete was the American peoples, which is how these domestic enemies got so deeply entrenched within our own government.

    Ron Paul WILL become President in 2012 — IF, Romney becomes a Patriot, and forgoes his ego, for the Good of the People!

    Mitt Romney could become one of the greatest Statesmen in US History! He’d be the Savior of our Nation — the one that generations to come would tell their children: “Look at this statue, this is Mitt Romney, he saved America”!

    Or, he can reduce himself to just a tiny footnote…what is amazing is that his fate rests in his own hands (a very rare occurrence throughout the history of the world)!

    All Romney has to do, is to take advantage of this rarest of historical moments, and make a SINGLE DECISION!!!

    Withdraw his candidacy IN FAVOR of Ron Paul, with the following grandiose and heart-wrenching patriotic speech (to save his political skin):

    One honest person is needed to bring these logical conclusions to Romney’s PERSONAL ATTENTION (not the myopic sycophants surrounding him and stroking his ego by chanting wishful thinking as ‘fact’: “You gonna win Boss, you gonna win Boss….).

    Regardless how egotistical, arrogant and narcissistic Romney may be, some semblance of reasoning of what’s best for him, should still remain in his skull. The instinct for self preservation dictates that even the smallest of minds will chose the path that leads to safety, not the one leading to disaster.

    An honest realist needs to talk to Romney one-on-one — and explain the following to him, so Mitt can comprehend it:

    1) If you don’t win the nomination, than your political career is over (you’ll become just a tiny footnote in US History as a failure).

    2) If you win the nomination, and don’t defeat Obama — which is the most probable outcome (you’ll become just a tiny footnote in US History as an even LARGER failure).

    Therefore, Dear Mitt, whichever gamble you take from the above, may lead to total disaster for your political career (and probably will)!

    However, here is an action you can take, Dear Mitt, that guarantees you’ll become immortalized in the annals of US History — becoming the 21st Century Savior of America (surely this carrot of success will entice Romney’s egotism to go for it — over the probable political beatings he’d receive otherwise)!

    All one needs to do, to assure Mitt’s Historical Greatness of Sacrifice for the Good of the Nation, is to present the above to Romney’s eyes alone! I urge all able to do so, to place this document in front of him!
