Fun times at the Wyoming State GOP Convention

As a service to Ron Paul activists, laboring in the GOP delegation process, I am posting as many reports from the conventions as possible.  This is to help you see what works, what doesn’t and why.

This report from April Poley, a Ron Paul activist in Wyoming, writes about last weekend’s Republican Party Convention in Wyoming:

“Our State Chairman and both of our National Committee members all submitted fraudulent ballots. The National Committee woman admitted to filling out 2 ballots and the other 2 people were not entitled to vote but they voted anyway. This was just one of the issues I had to deal with. They also tried to prevent us from having an observer of the vote count.

They had Josh Romney give a speech, who held up a flyer with a Romney slate printed on it, and told everyone there that these were great Americans that his father had handpicked to be his delegates and they proceeded to put the flyers on every table in the convention. With the insinuation obviously being, that you are not a good American if you aren’t willing to vote for that slate.

Not only did those 3 super delegates pass through fraudulent ballots, but the rumor was spread that “Ron Paul supporters filled out multiple ballots and cheated”. So I got up on the stage in front of all 400+ people and announced that the extra ballots came from the Executive Committee. There is of course a media blackout on all of this; it’s unbelievable.

And we [Ron Paul supporters] did take over the Nominating Committee on Friday. We had 16 out of 44 of the votes in the committee but we managed to take 9 out of the 14 preferred delegate positions on the ballot. I actually saw/heard one guy telling that to Senator Enzi and his wife Diana. ‘The Ron Paul people took over the Nominations Committee’ and Diana put her hand over her mouth and gasped, ‘OH NO!’ You would think someone just told her we killed her dog

There was a definite sick feeling at the convention. I didn’t see a rally behind Romney at all. It took all the Senators, the Governor and even the former VP of the U.S. (Dick Cheney) getting on stage and telling them to suck it up and vote for Romney; but the delegates did not vote Romney with excitement. They did it because they were told that there was no other choice that ‘could win.'”

Watch the antics below…. 3 minutes into the below video the Romney attorney says they agree w/ the decision and then April says she agrees but points out the source of the extra votes:

  1. I told myself I wasn’t going to get angry anymore but these people are crossing the line with their Bohemian Grove like policies. However, giving up now is not an option. Ron Paul is already my commander and chief. Like we say in my unit “Retreat Hell.” -2nd Bn 5th Marines.

  2. The video is not working.

Through this whole process may what the status quo means for evil be turned into good when the people see what is truely going on.

    1. Agreed, Sharon.
It’s funny that they complain the Paul people try to muscle into these conventions in order to get Paul elected.., but it’s gotten to the point where they come out of the gates, swinging, when WE have been especially polite, given our “bad rap”. I say it’s funny, but they are dealing with OUR lives and OUR liberty.

How is it they work so tirelessly and endlessly toward their own demise? How do they NOT get it? Are they thinking people or are they just robots, fed the evening newzzz, doing what they are told to do? They seem to not care this “American first and only” is screwing up the entire USA and the world.
I just will never comprehend their stupidity. It’s people like this I’d love to see not vote, at ALL.

Talked with a man from India, the other day; he really wants us to vote for Ron Paul, “the only good guy who will help the world”. We should heed the advice of other nations, as well as be the voice for our own.

        Superb post!

Keep up the good work (I’ll take care of the shill…LOL)

  3. Wow, its quite surprising. Im glad it is all documented. Im sure someone will compile a master list and when they do there will be no keeping the wrong doings secret and heads will roll. I just hope the actual elections are fair.

    1. How the #2 came to pollute this forum:

Rmoney — “Staff, get me some internet trolls to spew forth hatred towards my opponents.”

      So they run this ad:

“Looking for 300+lb pimply failures that live in mum’s basement.
Must be hateful of all that’s good (since you hate yourself most because of the waste of protoplasm you’ve become); unable to crawl away from the computer, so mum gives you monthly sponge baths (also, occasionally removes the bedpan).
Why post your venomous spittings for free, when we’ll pay you handsomely to be our Shill — a fistful of food stamps and a bottle of hooch each week!”

That’s how the #2 got this “lucrative” job — why troll for free, when it can shill for so much more….

      (hope I didn’t misspell ANYTHING important….)

  4. i don’t understand…i thought romney got all 14 delegates. in this article, she says, “we managed to take 9 out of the 14 preferred delegate positions on the ballot”. can someone please explain?

    1. He did. If Alaska is like most states, the delegates are bound for at least the first ballot to the candidate who won the primary vote. That’s why all of you RIPtilians are wasting your time and money. LOL

      1. You’ll be surprised. I ask you to educate yourself before taking a stance. Wake up.

    2. Lonnie —

Well done — no-one respond to the #2…since it is a waste of protoplasm that pollutes this forum!

The #2 is a paid shill to troll and disrupt this forum with its spewing of hatred. So real Americans can’t converse here without IT hijacking all threads. That’s why this subhuman needs to be banned. One NEVER responds to IT — its existence is to be ignored.

    1. Be Ch Oli — they be just brainwashed sheep…awaiting to be slaughtered when BO defeats Rmoney.

Well done — no-one respond to the #2…since it is a waste of protoplasm that pollutes this forum!

  5. People of good will don’t do what they’re doing. Saying they’re just scared and defending their power is not a sufficient explanation. What they’re doing is open corruption.

  6. I agree w/buzby that it is corruption (duh). I would say to Chuck, please don’t sue. Let Ron Paul and his people do their work as they see best. We just have to keep fighting a good, clean fight even though the opponents are cheating. Never give in and never surrender! Ron Paul 2012!!

  7. So, while I am in complete agreement that an attitude of tolerance and understanding that weak people in positions of power do stupid things works in our interests, morally and tactically, there has to be consequences for office holders that violate voting rules.

    1. buzby — one never tolerates Evil….

    1. Ron Paul only got one delegate from Wyoming (sent from a county convention). At the state convention (the subject of this blog thread) all 14 delegates-at-large went to Mittens, and all 14 alternates-at-large went to Paul. See my post below for further details.

  8. Doug,

A lot of web forums have an “ignore” feature, such that a forum participant can choose the option of not seeing the posts from posters they designate, those they find not worth listening to. I sure wish I had that option here, regarding Tex2. I would prefer to simply not hear the inane ramblings of this person. He reduces the enjoyability and utility of your site to me. (That is surely his objective).

This blog is your livingroom so to speak, so it is your choice on who to allow to be present. Some of the respectful guests with positive contributions to make will tend to not to invite themselves into this livingroom of yours when there is an unpleasant disruptive guest there as well.

    1. Georgie boy,

Why don’t you clamp your teeth around these issues, but hang on tight, it’s not easy being a Tirebiter while the vehicle is moving:

Why Ron Paul will not be elected and/or would NOT be a good president:
      1. He is old, mousey, whiny, grumpy, skinny, etc. Do not underestimate the importance of these factors, as a very large number of voters are not familiar with the issues, and vote for vanity. Sad but true. It does no good to have good ideas when you don’t have the presidential image, and Ron has neither.
      2. He has been in Congress for 2 decades and doesn’t have a single bill to his name. We elected someone president with zero accomplishments in 2008, why would we want to do that again? How can you expect him to be able to lead the country when he can’t lead a single bill to fruition after 20 years?
      3. He even voted against his own bill to audit the Federal Reserve, because he didn’t get every single detail he wanted. He is so stubbornly rigid he simply takes his toys and goes home if he doesn’t get every little detail he wants.
      4. Many of his domestic policies are admirable, but how does he expect to implement them when he will have to work with Congress to get many of them turned into a reality? Will he simply hold his breath until Congress lets him get his way, because he has zero track record of using any other tactic to be successful?
      5. Most of his foreign policies are dangerous. If we pull out of foreign countries, the vacuum WILL be filled by Russia, China, etc. Once you lose your toehold, it is VERY difficult to expand military operations if the need arises. Think about how hard it would have been for the U.S. to fight Hitler if England had fallen. For example, if China decides they don’t want to allow free flow of oil, we would have no recourse, as it takes years, if not decades, to develop independent energy sources. He is simply naive to the point of being a traitor to his own country. Also, we need forward positioned military presence to fight the global war on terror. It isn’t being fought only in Iraq and Afghanistan, there are operations literally around the world preventing future 9/11 type attacks that simply cannot be fought by guarding our own borders, 9/11 should have taught us that. We must therefore disrupt the terrorist cells wherever they are, so they cannot organize, plan, recruit, train, equip, and attack again. To not do this would be suicidal.
For the above and other reasons, Ron gets the pot smoking and “freedom at any cost” crowd, and that’s all he will ever get…LOL!!!!

      1. And yet you are some how capable of putting together a respectable reply. Now, why can’t you do that on all of your replies? I agree with George, give us a mute button to ignore people.

      2. Tex2, take your 2 seconds with this one 🙂

New bloggers, I am a fairly new blogger to this site and what I’ve found is there are a lot of decent people in here with the exception of one. Before you get turned off from this site as I almost did take a moment to catch up with the idoit that floods most of the blogs in here. I realize I shouldn’t be feeding the troll, but I don’t appreciate being called a traitor by some pissant coward that knows nothing of who I am or of all of the principles I stand for, but seems to think he does by reading one thing I wrote. It’s my hope I write this with the sort of condescension that a guy like him can truly appreciate. Generally, I don’t get disrespectful, but then he’s not deserving of any when his only goal in life is to troll and incite, intead of trying to inspire others to seek liberty. He calls me a Traitor? Now that’s almost comical. I am all for starting a fund so this guy can finally go out and buy a pair. Ain’t a shrink in the country that can help him with his kind of problems, maybe a proctologist.

At anyrate, this might feed him for a while and keep him occupied so the rest can have a decent conversation about the issues.

Why Ron Paul would NOT be a good president:
        1. He is old (you mean somebody that thinks they’re views out – nah that’s called wisdom), mousey (like guys that use several names, nicks, aliases, or cry like little girls when all of the sudden after ten plus years they finally find out they’re getting shafted by a soap company – real smart guy hahaha that’s funny — and then hides behind a computer screen spouting slurs, insults, and profanaties to others that disagree with him while challenging those people behind the anonymity of the internet …”got the guts” … “tell it to my face” “traitor” – BIG TOUGH GUY…or little mans syndrome …we may never know. By the way I found a 2 minute cameo you were in years ago at the 7:10 – 9:10 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vftwc_tUiOM&feature=relmfu why didn’t you tell us you were into acting LOL course I am guessing this was an easy role for you wasn’t it. I’ll be sure to search for more work you’ve done.) whiny (because he addresses shady caucuses and people that have no regard for the constitution?), grumpy (sure given the rotten climate of our country – we all are including you by your posts – it’s just some of us are trying to do something about it), skinny (What does that have to do with anything? He’s healthy and that IS an important factor while considering a candidate for president), etc. (etc.? What would you go on to slander him with next his religion, hair color, ethnic background, the kind of car he drives?) Do not underestimate the importance of these factors, as a very large number of voters are not familiar with the issues (And there’s plenty in here helping the voters clear those issues up where they reside http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VJ01HufmAM&feature=related . What have you done to change the views of others around you …and not on a blog where you have yet to change a mind yet LOL, but actually getting off your ass and getting involved? – I’ve asked this question before and never got an answer :-), and vote for vanity (you can partake and it’s obvious you do in the media’s perpetual attempts to model society – it worked for Hitler -. Have at it. Some of us simply choose not to.) Sad but true. It does no good to have good ideas when you don’t have the presidential image (image? And I am paraphrasing off the top of my head. Like the image Jefferson had when he was turned away by an innkeeper because he needed a bath having just rode in from the farm? Once the innkeeper learned of his identity he dispatched a servant to find him and offer him a room. Jefferson response to the servant … tell the innkeeper if he has no room for a dirty farmer then he has no room for a vice president –then VP under Adams) and Ron has neither (and that is your opinion, the rest are entiteled to theirs. Many consider his views in line with the founding fathers – Tex2 = The Innkeeper) .
        2. He has been in Congress for 2 decades and doesn’t have a single bill to his name(what’s the problem with that? We have too many laws as it is that are poorly written, not always needed and only serves to keep lawyers employed – you do know lawyers don’t you? Oops better not say anything about Amway LOL. I know, I know it’s old news, but it’s still funny news given the hypocracy of your warped sense and obvious lack of ethical standards). We elected someone president with zero accomplishments in 2008 (because of some of the same reasons you posted above relating to image and people being misinformed or wanting a handout of sorts), why would we want to do that again? (We don’t) How can you expect him to be able to lead the country when he can’t lead a single bill to fruition after 20 years?(that’s the point, it’s exactly the kind of leadership people are looking for—see above)
        3. He even voted against his own bill to audit the Federal Reserve, because he didn’t get every single detail he wanted. (yea, well things happen in committee that can corrupt the original put forth—perhaps he saw flaws in such amendements.) He is so stubbornly rigid he simply takes his toys and goes home if he doesn’t get every little detail he wants.(and that’s his choice, we don’t live in a totatlitarian state yet. Give it a few years and your boy Romney might help us inch closer to it. We haven’t quite lost all of our liberties as congress and the American people have sat by idle, with some exception. What changes do you see with Romney at the helm? Seriously? Other than “it’s better than Obama.” I mean you spend a lot of time slamming Dr. Paul and never giving any solid substance as to what’s so great about Romney. Let’s hear it.)
        4. Many of his domestic policies are admirable(you’re right), but how does he expect to implement them when he will have to work with Congress to get many of them turned into a reality? (um, aren’t all candidates in that same boat—this is still a republic is it not?) Will he simply hold his breath until Congress lets him get his way, (no, he’s going to hold them to higher standards and after the past few elections cycles the Republican Congress should be held more accountable.) because he has zero track record of using any other tactic to be successful??( his track record is doing just fine considering the grass root turn out he gets – filled stadiums is an obvious clear message that the Repulican party should be taking notice of, but aren’t. And that’s cool, they can learn the hard way AGAIN. Obviously many appreciate Dr. Pauls steadfast convictions. So what if he doesn’t budge on his views. At least you know where he’s coming from and where his views will be without even having to ask him. You spoke of 2008, well part of reason Obama got elected is the result of years of pandering. Voting for Romney is pandering to to more politics as usual.)
        5. Most of his foreign policies are dangerous. If we pull out of foreign countries, the vacuum WILL (we don’t know that for sure—those countries have their own problems to deal with just like we do. Besides it’s high time some of these other countries start doing for themselves anyway like fighting for their own freedoms. It’s funny how we send our troops around the world to nation build that’s supposedly in the interest of freedom and in their best interests, but we do nothing about our own erroding freedoms here at home. If they don’t want to fight for their own freedom then let them live in tyranny—it’s their choice, not ours) be filled by Russia, China, etc. Once you lose your toehold, (lost toehold – ah yes, like what has occurred in our own country with more and more lost liberties that seems to be occuring at a daily rate?) it is VERY (is that your “expert” opinion? Rank, branch, MOS, years of service, please? And please don’t give your Amway rank hahahaha. Double Weasel is it? How’s your resume stack up against this guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n9uuCZNT8qQ&feature=p%AD%AD%ADlcp&context=C3e36163UDOEgsTo%ADP%ADD%ADskJ1kldA8NXj6HFyvlyMGOhH?) difficult to expand military operations if the need arises. Think about how hard it would have been for the U.S. to fight Hitler (you might want to take a hard look at how he came to power in the first place and see what’s happening right here in our own country where nobody but Ron Paul has had the courage to address the power of the executive branch, integrity, nation building, states rights the constitution and media control etc.) if England had fallen. For example, if China decides they don’t want to allow free flow of oil, we would have no recourse, as it takes years, if not decades, to develop independent energy sources. (yep, well then we need to be doing the right things in our own backyard to ensure we have adequate energy sources. http://www.ronpaul.com/2011-06-26/energy-independence-government-should-neither-inhibit-nor-subsidize-any-type-of-energy/ Had the corruption have been cleaned up in the first place we might already have been to that point by now. Who’s to say a few nukes don’t go off -could be land based and not rocket launched- in the middle east by way of terrorists that shuts down shipping? That kind of scenerio couldn’t be prevented by a large military presense and it would have the same exact effect as if China were to shut down the shipping lanes …we could go tit for tat on scenerios all day long– but I prefere not to play with those that are obviously brain dead.) That He is simply naive to the point of being a traitor (you got some first hand experience on being a traitor? That mirror of yours giving you problems that you need to deflect something personal in your character on to others? Traitor is a harsh descriptive that should only be reserved for the current incumbent president and little girls that hide behind a computer with multiple nicks, names and aliases, while others here are out supporting their candidate with passion. Surely you know the type and don’t go hiding that mirror now sugar britches.) to his own country. Also, we need forward positioned military presence to fight the global war on terror. (and what type of “presense” are we talking about here? Please state the types of troops, numbers, the mission, etc etc. What’s the ratio of intel/covert ops going to be compared to the size of forces? Acceptable losses, cost of the mission, how we going to pay for it?) It isn’t being fought only in Iraq and Afghanistan (no kidding, well by God thanks for telling us), there are operations literally around the world preventing future 9/11 type attacks that simply cannot be fought by guarding our own borders(we’re not effectively guarding them now), 9/11 should have taught us that. (right, that came from right here from within our OWN borders) We must therefore disrupt the terrorist cells wherever they are, so they cannot organize, plan, recruit, train, equip, and attack again (go enlist or reenlist then). To not do this would be suicidal. (failing to address corruption in Washington D.C. is also suicidal. How many times has Romney “changed” his views again? The only candidate in this race addressing any real change and steadfast in his convictions is Ron Paul.)
For the above and other reasons, Ron gets the pot smoking (nobody is forcing anybody to smoke any doobie here and there are plenty of people that support Paul that do not smoke pot, besides it isn’t about pot, it’s about the continual erroding of the 4th ammendment) “freedom at any cost” (Yep people that aren’t afraid to take their country back – you bet) crowd, and that’s all he will ever get (and Romney can have the rest. The ones that settle for second best, who sit on their asses behind a computer screen all day or in front of a television, those that are content with politics as usual—corruption at all turns – that exists on both sides of the aisle – etc. It’s not enough that we hear from guys like you and the Republican party that we’d be “pleasantly surprised,” as you’ve said previously if Romney gets the nomination. You speak of Pauls track record or supposed lack thereof, but I ask you, where is Romney’s track record for confronting corruption or promoting change that isn’t neccesarily politically favorable that should be? And, be honest when you answer that. I contend that if you eliminate as much injustice as possible in this country and brought it back to being more in line with what our founders wanted most other problems WILL fade. There is only one real leader in this race that leads by example in this department and it’s Ron Paul. I don’t see Romney leading any causes for justice or honesty. Do you? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BI9yjhd8b84 One candidate has been consistent and and the other consistently inconsistent.) …LOL! (Laugh all you want, but a lot can happen that brings more people to vote for Ron Paul and his winning the nomination. If he goes 3rd party you might be the one “pleasantly surprised” to see him actually win it all – here’s your blinders. And, if he doesn’t, that’s fine too. We’ll just get stuck with four more years of Obama and win both houses is all. Each party can continue their games for four more years. No real change will occur in Washington D.C., other than the message they’ve been put on serious notice, but hey that’s cool – like you say “no candidate is perfect” and maybe it’s all “too little too late” as you say. Electing Romney – just more of the same. But hey, if that’s what guys like you want, it’s your choice. Hey Scott, Tex2, James, jane doe, joe cool, anonymous, .. whatever floats your boat – They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Why not try running for an office instead of taking your “convictions” to those people on this blog. Surely you have the people skills to do such a thing. Ok, Ok, maybe you don’t but it sure would be comical to watch. Now even you have to admit that. You could take those Amway IBO sales skills and put them to good use. A dog in the hunt don’t feel the fleas – Dave Taylor …. I don’t see Ron Pauls people scratching.

      3. Bob looks at his watch and surmises it took ya a bit longer than a “few seconds” to finally come up with a link that I already addressed for point #1. I read the article and while it does apply to a majority of the idiots that vote in this country it obviously does not apply to all. Romney may very well win the beauty contest as suggested, but he still doesn’t have any substance that I am looking for in president. Therefore, he will not get my vote. So many words? Well you post so many words in your question 🙂 By the way, where’s that battle plan General? LOL You planning on enlisting or reenlisting or are you content just arm chairing it while others do the dirty work? LOL Uh huh, exactly like I figured. In the rear with the gear.

      4. Yes, I had higher priorities, like laughing at your post. LOL

You STILL miss the point. The article isn’t talking about me, who would vote for RIP ONLY if he was up against Barry, or you, who would vote for Santorum then jump over to the RIP bus, it’s talking about a very large segment of our population who DOES vote on the “beauty contest,” which means RIP is finished before he gets started, and that assumes he has good positions, which he doesn’t. LOL

I’m not a “general,” nor do I have a “battle plan.” I did my turn as a U.S. Naval Officer, so I won’t be reenlisting, as I have a commission. LOL

I’m also not stupid enough to think I know more than the highly educated, highly experienced, and highly informed people on the ground. LOL

But I do appreciate your stupid post, it will scare off anyone else who is considering voting for RIP. LOL

      5. Well well well, we done got us here an officer. Well I am glad you appreciate the opinion of guys on the ground like the CIA chief I posted in the response that supports Ron Paul. Um I am not missing any points in the message of that article at all…sir. As for why I would “jump” over to Paul from Santorum? Uh, hmmm, I think it might have a little to do with the fact that Santorum isn’t running any longer. I like both, otherwise I wouldn’t have wrote the piece I did for the delegates as I did. In this race, there are some qualities I like in most of the candidates. But, I loathe Romney and he will not get my vote. It’s as simple as that. And, yes, I have thought that all out along with any potential consequences to the country. To be frank, if the country goes down as a result of Obama getting another 4 years then so be it. But, it’ll go down with my vote going to a guy that stands with some convictions and not some beauty queen. Besides, if the congress had done their job the past few years, Obama wouldn’t be in the picture now as it is.

“But I do appreciate your stupid post, it will scare off anyone else who is considering voting for RIP. LOL” As if you ever make an intelligent one? Say man what’s your deal anyway? It’s surely not to convince anybody to vote for Romney. So my only conclusion you live purely just to come in and piss people off. LOL and not so successfully with this guy I might add other than calling me a traitor, which perhaps we might someday discuss face to face someday….sir. It’s apparent you and I don’t meet eye to eye. So, in the future you can keep your smart ass remarks to yourself cause they won’t be for other reason then being an asshole. And if that’s the case see a proctologist. I can’t help ya.

      6. Tex,
Forget it, I’ve come to the conclusion you’re nothing but a spammer and put my name down on the ban list as well. Good luck to you sir.

      7. Tex,

Hey Bobby, was the above your handiwork? LOL

Well well well, we done got us here an officer. —> Not only that, but one who takes his commission seriously. LOL

Well I am glad you appreciate the opinion of guys on the ground like the CIA chief I posted in the response that supports Ron Paul. —> You mean the FORMER CIA section chief who doesn’t have many sharing his opinion? The same CIA section chief who is trained in analyzing finding the bad guys, but has very little responsibility in forming policy? LOL

Um I am not missing any points in the message of that article at all…sir. —> Yes, you are. Still. The point of the article is even if RIP had the right message, and he doesn’t, he’s the wrong messenger. LOL

As for why I would “jump” over to Paul from Santorum? —> Particularly when Santorum rolled his eyes almost every time RIP opened his pie-hole during the debates, yes, that Santorum. LOL

Uh, hmmm, I think it might have a little to do with the fact that Santorum isn’t running any longer. —> That’s the easy part, the harder part is why you would go from a conservative to a nutcase, rather than another conservative or moderate. LOL

I like both, otherwise I wouldn’t have wrote the piece I did for the delegates as I did. —> I realize that, the question is WHY. LOL

In this race, there are some qualities I like in most of the candidates. —> Agreed. LOL

But, I loathe Romney and he will not get my vote. —> Loathing is not an explanation, it’s a knee-jerk reaction. LOL

It’s as simple as that. —> It’s as simple as that. LOL

And, yes, I have thought that all out along with any potential consequences to the country. —> Doesn’t look like ANY thinking went into your knee-jerk emotional reaction. You don’t win wars like that, campaigns for president either. LOL

To be frank, if the country goes down as a result of Obama getting another 4 years then so be it. —> Thanks for demonstrating your stupidity. AGAIN. LOL

But, it’ll go down with my vote going to a guy that stands with some convictions and not some beauty queen. —> So, all the people who died and suffered injuries will be in vain. Thanks for that idiotic “insight.” LOL

Besides, if the congress had done their job the past few years, Obama wouldn’t be in the picture now as it is. —> I agree, but that isn’t a reason to throw it all away. LOL

“But I do appreciate your stupid post, it will scare off anyone else who is considering voting for RIP. LOL” As if you ever make an intelligent one? —> You can’t even get past #1, and that’s not only the easiest one, the rest don’t even matter, because he’ll get to the other 4 hurdles, bucko. LOL

Say man what’s your deal anyway? —> My “deal” is you’re stupid. LOL

It’s surely not to convince anybody to vote for Romney. —> No, it’s to convince people to vote for any Republican except RIP.

So my only conclusion you live purely just to come in and piss people off. —> Then you conclude wrong, as usual. LOL

LOL and not so successfully with this guy I might add other than calling me a traitor, which perhaps we might someday discuss face to face someday….sir. —> I’m available to talk on the telephone any time, you flaming jerk. LOL

It’s apparent you and I don’t meet eye to eye. —> There’s a nomination for understatement of the year. LOL

So, in the future you can keep your smart ass remarks to yourself cause they won’t be for other reason then being an asshole. —> That isn’t going to happen. LOL

And if that’s the case see a proctologist. I can’t help ya. —> I can help you, because even though I’m not a proctologist, I’ll just wing it. LOL

      8. Thanks Bobby. I always thought you belonged on that long list of cowards, too afraid to make a simple phone call.LOL

All huff and no puff. LOL

  9. I was there as a delegate to the WYGOP state convention – it was disgusting. The shamelessness and browbeating tactics of the Romney campaign have made me into an ardent Romney hater (I used to be merely indifferent to him). If we (grassroots Ron Paul supporters) had had even a single contact from the official campaign, we probably could have won most (if not all) of the 14 delegate slots. As we were organizing for the convention we tried repeatedly to reach ANYONE from the campaign without any success … A single Ron Paul appearance anywhere in the state prior to the convention would have probably given us another 20-30 delegates at the convention and that alone would have secured 4-6 delegates for RP. A single campaign rep speaking for RP at the convention would have told everyone there that Ron Paul was still in the hunt … other than committed RP or Mittens supporters, no one there even knew there was an alternative to Romney, so many of the votes for Romney’s slate were made by people who viewed the nomination of Romney as a fait accompli. While we did manage to secure ALL 14 alternate slots (without even so much as a nod in our direction from the campaign) it is disappointing to know that so much more was possible … I am quite confident that a Ron Paul appearance at the convention would have given him 14 delegates for the price of a flight and a few hours of time.

  10. “Former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson could pull as much as 6% of the vote in a hypothetical three-way match-up with Mitt Romney and President Obama. Johnson began the 2012 race running for the Republican nomination but has wound up carrying the libertarian banner and could gain ballot access in several states.”

If the above transpires, it is a certainty that Mitt will not defeat BO (with his flip-flopping, he couldn’t defeat him anyway, now this would assure it).

So he needs to withdraw now in favor of Ron Paul!

Ron Paul WILL become President in 2012 — IF, Romney becomes a Patriot, and forgoes his ego, for the Good of the People!

Mitt Romney could become one of the greatest Statesmen in US History! He’d be the Savior of our Nation — the one that generations to come would tell their children: “Look at this statue, this is Mitt Romney, he saved America”!

Or, he can reduce himself to just a tiny footnote…what is amazing is that his fate rests in his own hands (a very rare occurrence throughout the history of the world)!

All Romney has to do, is to take advantage of this rarest of historical moments, and make a SINGLE DECISION!!!

Withdraw his candidacy IN FAVOR of Ron Paul, with the following grandiose and heart-wrenching patriotic speech (to save his political skin):

“I, Mitt Romney, will sacrifice my political goals for the Good of the People. Now I understand that only Ron Paul that can save our Nation. I agree with all he stands for, therefore, I have deemed that our Nation’s salvation can only be accomplished when Ron Paul is elected as President of the United States of America. Without regret, but with joy, I do the most honorable and patriotic deed I can — I withdraw myself from this election, and give my full support to Ron Paul!”

One honest person is needed to bring these logical conclusions to Romney’s PERSONAL ATTENTION (not the myopic sycophants surrounding him and stroking his ego by chanting wishful thinking as ‘fact’: “You gonna win Boss, you gonna win Boss….).

Regardless how egotistical, arrogant and narcissistic Romney may be, some semblance of reasoning of what’s best for him, should still remain in his skull. The instinct for self preservation dictates that even the smallest of minds will chose the path that leads to safety, not the one leading to disaster.

An honest realist needs to talk to Romney one-on-one — and explain the following to him, so Mitt can comprehend it:

    1) If you don’t win the nomination, than your political career is over (you’ll become just a tiny footnote in US History as a failure).

    2) If you win the nomination, and don’t defeat Obama — which is the most probable outcome (you’ll become just a tiny footnote in US History as an even LARGER failure).

Therefore, Dear Mitt, whichever gamble you take from the above, may lead to total disaster for your political career (and probably will)!

However, here is an action you can take, Dear Mitt, that guarantees you’ll become immortalized in the annals of US History — becoming the 21st Century Savior of America (surely this carrot of success will entice Romney’s egotism to go for it — over the probable political beatings he’d receive otherwise)!

All one needs to do, to assure Mitt’s Historical Greatness of Sacrifice for the Good of the Nation, is to present the above to Romney’s eyes alone! I urge all able to do so, to place this document in front of him!

Send this to Mitt Romney — as an Open Letter, e-mails, etc. — the more you send, the greater the chance he’ll get to read it!

    1. in short:

BO is a shoo-in if Mitt is elected to run against him.

So, concentrate to have Rmoney withdraw from the election in favor of Ron Paul.

At this stage only Ron Paul can defeat BO — and no-one else!

For the above and other reasons, Ron gets the pot smoking and “freedom at any cost” crowd, and that’s all he will ever get…LOL!!!!!

      2. Can you put me on the list. It’s not so much a free speech thing anymore. I answered his “Why Ron Paul will not be elected and/or would NOT be a good president:” that he has posted multiple times. He says he wants dialogue, but never addressed any of the issues and yet continues to post it over and over. To me that amounts to the same kind of spamming on blogs he did over the Amway tools mess that ended up in a court order to stop the problem.

      1. Ron Paul MUST stay on course — keep up the uphill battle to win as many delegates as possible (that the GOP does not prevent him to do, by their obvious chicanery)!

Ron Paul needs to take Rmoney to Tampa. Then, the PERFIDY of the GOP will be Nationally telecast (hundreds of thousands of Real Americans supporting the only Patriot (RP), vs a few hundred mousey sycophants for Mitt Grosny, will be hard to dismiss)!
        —————————————————————————

The American People have long known that the Democrat Party cheats and lies — so they are used to their chicanery (the reason, many call them Democrooks).
It is high time that they NOW see the GOP is no different — the Republicons fraud, cheating and strong-arming to “elect” Mitt Grosny, may finally have a televised exposure!
        ——————————————————————————–

After the Tampa Convention — which will probably be the most memorable of spectacles this last 50 years — Ron Paul should take the best path that assures he’ll be part of the Presidential debates vs BO.

Ron Paul MUST be part of the Presidential debates — so, people can judge the difference between a real Human and plastic sub-humans!
        —————————————————————————————

It is not unprecedented for a candidate to be the standard bearer for more than one party (I think in 1896, William Jennings Bryan was the nominee of the Democrats, the Populist Party, and the Silver Republicans; and I believe in 1872, Horace Greeley was nominated by the Democrats and also by the Liberal-Republican Party).

Doug Wead — hope you have similar strategy in mind!

The Passion of the Christ is a good movie, but I don’t know if I want to watch it THAT many times in a row, so let’s take a break from this repetitious “program” and allow other readers to comment on the below serious and real issues that result in baggage for Ron Paul. Tell me what you think, let’s have open and honest discourse, and since I’m a First Amendment kind of guy, even the “list” above is welcome to chime in:

Why Ron Paul will not be elected and/or would NOT be a good president:
        1. He is old, mousey, whiny, grumpy, skinny, etc. Do not underestimate the importance of these factors, as a very large number of voters are not familiar with the issues, and vote for vanity. 11. *Mitt Romney, American Parasite*

(Mitt Grosny — Romney The Terrible (my prefered title))

    http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article31153.htm

It explains how Bain Capital worked. They would buy SUCCESSFUL companies, with little down, borrowed huge amounts, saddling them with crushing debt, refused to continue equipment purchases or maintenance. Then they would pay themselves huge “management” fees.
    —————————————————–

    Some notable excerpts:

“Romney is not a vulture capitalist, as Rick Perry says, since vultures eat dead carcasses,” notes Josh Kosman, who has written about the private equity business for 15 years. He’s “more of a parasitic capitalist, since he destroys profitable businesses.” (The host must be healthy enough to be force-fed all that debt, then slowly bled to death…until the parasites drain all the wealth for themselves).

“When Bain was about to buy a company, its partners would hold a meeting. “He said that about half the time [they] would talk about cutting workers,” Kosman says. “They would never talk about adding workers. He said that job growth was never part of the plan.” That claim was buttressed by the Associated Press, which studied 45 companies bought by Bain during Romney’s first decade. It found that 4,000 workers lost their jobs. The real figure is likely thousands higher, since the analysis didn’t account for bankruptcies and factory and store closings.

“The Armco plant closing involved more than the torching of 750 jobs, Morrow says. Contractors and suppliers collapsed. Workers’ children and widows lost health care and pension benefits. And while Bain received millions in tax breaks—paid for by the very people left holding the bag—Romney walked away millions richer.”

  12. Thank you, Doug Weed, for sharing our story. To answer some of the questions I’ve seen in the posts –

Ron Paul has 1 delegate and 18 alternate delegates from Wyoming, going to national convention.

At convention the nominating committee voted to show on the ballot a preferred list of delegates. In that vote, we took 9 out of the 14 that they would show preference to on the ballot at the convention the next day. That burned up the Romney folks.

At the convention, we won all 14 of the alternate delegates. The 14 delegates did all go to Romney. However, several of them are elected officials, like our congresswoman and our governor. They are now forced to stay on the convention floor or they’ll be replaced by a Ron Paul supporter. That’s funny!!

Our top alternate only lost by 8 votes (and 3 of those 8 were definitely fraudulent). So we got within 5 votes of winning a delegate at the state convention and we only had 20-25% of the convention delegates. I want to emphasize that we did this with ZERO help from the campaign and zero money. Romney’s campaign, I estimate, spent $15,000-$20,000 to win these delegates. We spent nothing. In fact, we took up a collection to pay for a room that we rented for a meet up and we ended up making $143, which we then donated to the Ron Paul tax day money bomb.

If our little group of WY misfits can come THAT CLOSE to beating the Romney machine, it is no doubt that he will get clobbered by Obama. Romney has 0% chance of beating Obama. I don’t know a single Paul supporter that will plug their nose to vote for him and we’re 20% of the GOP’s worker bees. Treating us like crap is a very bad political move.

Rand Paul in 2016!!!! RP supporters – follow me on twitter and I’ll do the same.

  13. New Yorkers — take Vincent Reda to Small Claims Court (firstly, then go for criminal)!

Att. New Yorker’s who didn’t bother to vote against Rmoney, because of the FALSE phone robocalls you received by Vincent Reda— LYING that all other candidates had dropped out of the race except Mitt Romney.

Take this liar to small claims court (a token $300 charge that he disfranchised you from voting by his perfidy) — easiest way to have a quick confrontation in a Court of Law! Make sure you tape the proceedings if allowed. If not, get a written record of the proceedings!

Here is the proof you need: his actual phone message!

Don’t delay, take this crook to court Today!

    1. Also:

Good news from the US Supreme Court — looks like the BO’s beloved Illegals (those criminally entering our nation — the stealers of US jobs and carries of crime) will finally get the Boot!

Now, BO and Rmoney need the Boot…!

Ron Paul — get ready to bring down the house in Tampa. Also, prepare for the AmericansElect and Libertarian Party nominations!

  14. Ron Paul to WIN — or America to End 2012

Take your pick…there are no other options!
    —————————————————————
Ron Paul must take Rmoney to Tampa — to expose the GOP’s perfidy — when hundreds of thousands of Real Americans will come to the Convention voluntarily, supporting Ron Paul, the ONLY REAL AMERICAN PATRIOT in this race (vs a few hundred BUSED Rmoney bullies pretending they are actual people)!

If the Republican Convention cheats Ron Paul out of The Nomination — then, go Third Party!

There MUST NOT be a way allowed, for Rmoney to “debate” BO one-on-one — since this will be a Clowns’ Show (two liars trying to out-lie each other…when they are one-and-the-same HUMAN TRASH)!

Ron Paul MUST be part of the DEBATES — so, he can clearly show up THESE politically trained monkeys for what they are — The ULTIMATE Destroyers of the USA!
    ————————————————————–

Elect Ron Paul as President, if you want to Save America — vote for anyone else, if you WANT to DESTROY the USA!

  15. What did this young girl do, to get the Dogs-of-State to pursue and knock her of her bike brutally to the ground, and then maul her into painful submission?

Watch carefully the chronological order (FREEZE picture at the time count given below — to see why):

    1) 0:32 — one of the Dogs-of-State signals the rest that he’s seen a cyclist taking a picture of “SOMETHING THAT MUST NOT BE SEEN”! So they run in pursuit.

    2) 0:44 — she is dragged down by two Dogs-of-State

    3) 0:51 — many more “Gang-of-Brothers” arrive surrounding their victim being mauled on the ground

    4) 0:57 — see the hand taking her cell phone away from her

    5) 1:10 — she manages to free one hand

    6) 1:11 — she tries to pass it in desperation to the people outside the circle of about a dozen Dogs-of-State trampling her rights

    7) 1:12 – 2:03 — she is still screaming in pain…but no-one can help her (since the AGGRESSORS, The Dogs-of-State are ARMED, and thus can inflict pain AT WILL on the disarmed, peaceful citizens)!

    And more abuses follow!

This is the MOST DISTURBING VIDEO I’ve seen taped on American soil!

DISGUSTING is mild — words fail me to describe my feelings on this OUTRAGE — watching the ‘US KGB’ MAUL and ABUSE a young girl!

Don’t know what you’ll do about it — but I’m sending this to Judge Napolitano, the ACLU, News Media outlets, and even contacting my Lawyers to look into filing a civil case against these SS Troopers (hopefully pics can be enlarged so their badge numbers can be seen)!

  16. Shocker In Tampa — Ron Paul Wins!
    ————————————–

These WILL be the headlines next day — here is why:

According to RNC Rule #38 — at the Tampa Convention NONE of the Delegates are ACTUALLY Bound! Delegates can vote according to their own judgment and conscience — and are NOT bound to vote according to how most delegates from their state vote.

Precedent was set in 2008 Utah by Legal Council for the RNC (stating: The RNC does not recognize a state’s binding of national delegates, but considers each delegate a free agent who can vote for whoever they choose).

Also, the Republican (and Democratic) Parties are Private Organizations — so voting within a party is NOT bound by Election Law!
    ——————————————————

What does this mean? It clearly shows that ANY or ALL delegates can abstain from voting in the 1st round. Or in other words — Bye-bye Mitt !!!

What do we need to do? Push for as many more delegate wins for Ron Paul as humanly possible — so a Ron Paul victory in Tampa is assured!

But most importantly NOW — SHARE this information (spread it like wildfire)!
