    1. @ Tex – Odd concept, pretty confusing too. Having 50,000 troops in Germany provides for my defense but there’s drug cartels crossing the border in my town everyday. Wonder if having 50,000 troops along the border would deter them…

      1. Dave,

The concept isn’t odd, the execution of the concept is quite confusing, I’m with you on that. I generally liked Bush, but his lack of locking down the border, from a drug, weapon, and terrorist point of views was drastically lacking.

  1. Ron Paul has nothing at all in common with the Constitution and the founders, in fact by his standards the Founders were war mongers, civil libertarian bashing Socialist.

He’s completely dumbing down the history of the era.

  2. I live in Australia. I find there is no differance between Democrats and Republicans. I am so sad USA is no longer a Constitutional Republic. It has been dumbed down to being a democracy. For example the separation of church and state. The Founding Fathers did not want a state church. This is what they said. But Supreme Court Judges say it means anything and everything. They have ignored the Founding Fathers.
